Suspicious toys quest is weird. So I know the quest is also bugged like many quests in act 3. But I managed to find the password and get to the second floor fo the fireworks show. Aaaand... nothing. It is forbidden to go to the third floor. I tried in invisibility and there is a unique NPC, some fists and engineer.
